Welcome...

To my collection of personal & hobby related writing and links, including an ever-expanding collection of links to strange corners of the Web that have caught my attention - this sort of stuff will range from science fiction of all sorts, other types of gaming, and the Great Genies of Search Engines only know what else...

Site News: June 20, 2009

Regular updates have re-started - honest! One of this summer's projects is going to be moving this site onto a CMS, probably Wordpress, for easier future updating.

As always, check out What's New for details.

Me, Myself & I:

My usual email address is brian(AT)wirelizard(DOT)ca.
Links related to Real Life: (Defined as 'those bits that interrupt gaming' :) )
The Victoria Flying Club provides my latest expensive habit - but probably my future career as well! I'm learning to fly, and I haven't had as much fun in ages! The Greater Victoria Public Library provide the paycheque that supports my gaming habit and the rest of me. I bike-commute everywhere, have a vast loathing for infernal combustion engines (except in airplanes!), and think the Greater Victoria Cycling Coalition needs more support!
Books & Authors: Some of what I've read, and what I think of it.
Military SF Books & Authors: An incomplete listing of authors of military science fiction books, originally from a rec.games.miniatures.misc thread.
Remembrance Day - November 11: Some thoughts on why wargamers especially should pay respects on Nov. 11.
